Project Management

Process and Facility Solutions have a very clear statement when it comes to Project management,

Delivery what the customer wants, When the customer expected it, Within the customers Budget

We firmly believe a project can fail before it starts, if key information is missed or not 100% clear at the outset. We follow a set process to ensure all stake holders, internal customers and partners are fully integrated into the project with the ultimate goal of ensuring the final objective of the project is agreed and bought off.

Following our simple yet effective process, we can manage your project from the concept, into detailed design and Specification, supplier selection, tendering and quote evaluation, supplier nomination, project kick off meetings, regular project meeting, supplier visits and Factory Acceptance Testing, installation, start up and finally hand over to the customer.

From experience we have found that managing each and everyone of these steps, reduces the risk or major problems and failure, controls and even reduces project costs and ensures the project is delivered on  time.

In addition to our complete project management service, we encourage companies to develop their internal staff and will coach and mentor individuals through a complete project. This will allow your staff to run a successful project with support on hand at every stage.
